We strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy: If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please advise 24 hours prior to your appointed time in order to avoid being billed in full. For cancellation of a package, 48-hour notice is required. Group’s cancellation depends on contractual agreement.
An 18% gratuity will be added to all Spa services (16% for your service provider and 2% for the Spa Planner).
Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your service. This will allow you time to shower, change into your spa robe and enjoy a relaxing steam or sauna before your appointment.
Rates and services are subject to change without notice.
Guests purchasing spa services will have full use of the Club facilities for the day, including group fitness classes.
